∎ Candidate with a Master's or Bachelor's degree from any Public College /University is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments HR and Admin, Textiles
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Ensure all HR & Comliance related activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.
∎ To be Prepared for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard.
∎ To Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training, such as Orientation, Grievance, OHS, etc.
∎ Any other work-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience at textiles or dyeing industry will get preference.
∎ Computer skills, E-Mail Communications, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote.
Salary: Negotiable
