Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD etc. and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of Buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
∎ To ensure health, hygiene & safety issues.
∎ Carrying out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Conduct worker's orientation training.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers.
∎ Developing various personnel policies and guidelines and monitor their compliance within the organization.
∎ To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST HAVE UNDERSTANDING AND EXPERIENCE WITH BSCI, SEDEX, RSC/ACCORD, GOTS, OEKOTEX, etc.
∎ Must have great command in English.
