Nutrifood is a fast-growing food item company dedicated to maintaining high quality and customer trust. We are looking for a skilled Executive-HR who can manage recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR & administrative activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, onboarding).

• Maintain employee files, HR database, attendance, and leave records.

• Assist in training arrangements, performance evaluation, and employee development initiatives.

• Ensure implementation of HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary procedures.

• Support day-to-day office administration tasks.

• Coordinate employee engagement activities.

• Handle HR queries with professionalism and confidentiality.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administrationo r a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (Manufacture, Sales)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

• Experience in HRIS/HR software will be an added advantage.
