Additional Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in HR functions (preferred).

Responsibilities & Context: HR Strategy & Planning:
- Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create staffing plans.
- Support in analyzing HR metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
- Ensure the recruitment process aligns with company values and fosters diversity.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees regarding workplace issues and HR policies.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.
- Organize events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
Culture Development & DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion):
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
- Implement DEI initiatives, ensuring all employees feel valued and represented.
- Work on programs that support cultural alignment and enhance organizational values.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Support in managing the company’s compensation structure, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and allowances.
- Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll.
Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, and allowances.
- Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, overtime, and leave for payroll purposes.
- Resolve payroll-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
HR Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Update and maintain the employee handbook, reflecting current laws and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Training & Development:
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Support career development planning and succession planning efforts.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Assist in planning and executing CSR initiatives aligned with company values.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability and community impact.
- Monitor and report on CSR program outcomes.
Performance Management:
- Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews and appraisals.
- Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
