Job Summary

We are looking for Executive / Senior Executive – Visualizer who will play a key role in developing premium, innovative, and brand-consistent design outputs. This position involves creating impactful packaging designs along with high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, digital media, product branding, and promotional materials.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, packaging development, and branding with the ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in AI tools for design and creative production is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative, modern packaging for cosmetic and skincare product lines

• Create high-quality artwork for both digital and print, including:

-          Social media creatives

-          Website banners

-          Email newsletters

-          Brochures, POSM, and promotional materials

-          Advertisements and campaign visuals

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure designs align with campaign goals and brand strategy

• Develop and present visual concepts, mockups, and packaging prototypes for approval

• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and ensure adherence to design guidelines

• Prepare final print-ready artworks with accurate dimensions, colors, and production standards

• Coordinate with external vendors/suppliers for packaging materials and production quality control

• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining timelines and output quality

• Stay updated on packaging trends, competitor benchmarking, and modern design techniques

• Support photoshoots, illustrations, and creative executions by coordinating with internal/external creatives

• Mentor junior designers/interns and contribute to a collaborative creative culture

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and product launches

• Ensure every visual deliverable meets Bio-Xin’s premium brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Honors (any discipline)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience

• Must have experience in:

  • FMCG / Manufacturing (Cosmetics, Skincare preferred)

  • Advertising agency background is a strong advantage

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in packaging design, branding, and campaign visuals

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Mandatory: Ability to use AI-powered creative tools for design enhancement, idea generation, and productivity
  (examples: AI design assistants, generative tools, automation workflows, prompt-based creative tools, etc.)

• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, branding, and creative campaigns

• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition

• Strong creativity with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented and committed to producing premium-quality output

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Experience in 3D design/animation tools is a plus

• Knowledge of modern design trends and industry best practices

• Festival Bonus: 2

Salary Range: BDT 3,60,000 – 8,40,000 (Yearly)
