Qualifications & Requirements
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site role based at Genex HQ office.
Client Interaction: No client-facing responsibilities; this is a fully in-house position.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate, IT or BPO.
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Web & UI/UX Skills (Preferred): Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools, along with a basic understanding of UI/UX principles. Will be able to assist in interface enhancements, and user-centered design improvements where required.
Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media creatives, branding and web or digital design concepts.
Collaboration Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment, manage multiple priorities, and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools is an added advantage.
Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and branding consistency.
Social Media & Digital Content
Design engaging, high-quality visual content for corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital content and marketing materials.
Office Branding & Corporate Visuals
Create design assets for physical office branding, including posters, wall graphics, event banners, standees, digital signage, employee merchandise, and workplace visuals.
Support internal events, employee engagement campaigns, and company-wide initiatives through compelling visual communication.
Internal Communication Materials
Design creative materials for internal announcements, newsletters, town halls, presentations, employee campaigns (RnR events), and organizational events.
Collaborate with internal departments to translate communication objectives into visually impactful content.
Website Design & Management (Preferred)
Update and maintain visual components of the corporate website to ensure content remains modern, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Design website banners, graphics, landing page elements, and other digital assets as required.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing, HR, and internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts aligned with business and branding objectives.
