Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Sales Monitoring & Operations to support and monitor sales performance across our branches. This role involves tracking branch activities, analyzing performance data, monitoring CCTV operations, and assisting management in ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily sales performance of all branches and prepare reports
Track branch-wise targets and highlight performance gaps
Monitor branch activities through CCTV and internal systems
Identify irregularities, inefficiencies, or operational issues
Conduct regular branch visits for on-ground performance evaluation
Assist management in implementing strategies to improve sales performance
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper execution of sales processes
Maintain reports and dashboards for management review
Support Head of Branch Sales in performance tracking and follow-ups
