The selected candidates will represent the branch as the front-line sales and consultation expert, ensuring excellent customer service while driving branch sales growth through professional product and treatment communication.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch sales growth.
Provide professional consultation regarding skincare products and aesthetic treatment services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatments for optimal results.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Promote company campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches effectively.
Maintain branch presentation, discipline, and a professional clinical environment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare and maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with branch management regarding daily operational activities.
