• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and preparing print-ready files for factory production.

• Ability to work under pressure and strictly meet tight sample and production deadlines.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with merchandising and production teams.

The Graphic Designer will create and adapt artwork for trims, labels, packaging, and accessories, ensuring designs align with client brand guidelines and production requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, refine graphics, and prepare print-ready production files.

• Collaborate closely with merchandising, production, and sales teams to deliver client-specific requirements.

• Create logos, branding elements, and select appropriate typography to maintain visual consistency across product lines.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while strictly meeting factory production deadlines.

• Support continuous improvement of design processes, quality control, and artwork standards.
