Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in HRM (preferably Dhaka university/North South /BRAC). PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer the overall management of HR functions including hiring, transfer, termination and separation of all employees.
∎ Manage recruitment procedures with particular attention to advertising, screening of CVs, arranging written and oral interviews, reference checks, preparation of contracts, and induction of all new hires.
∎ Ensure effective administration of personnel records and files in line with current HR policy and best practices.
∎ Ensure legal compliance of staff through monitoring and implementation of HR Policy in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law as well as company policies, regulations and guidelines.
∎ Administer performance management systems for all project staff including facilitation of yearly performance appraisal, provision of feedback and initiation of corrective actions.
∎ Develop/revise job description, formats and guidelines and process the yearly staff appraisal.
∎ Prepare all kinds of relevant policies which will be made under the guidance/directions of higher management.
∎ Prepare general official notice and circulate in consultation with appropriate authority.
∎ Assist in developing payroll and check information of staff regularly and provide report to finance section for disbursement of monthly salary and other benefits.
∎ Prepare quarterly and annual HR progress reports for the Senior Management meetings and for reporting.
∎ Conduct Monthly General Meeting with company's improvement agendas.
∎ Arrange training, seminar, symposium and organizing different event management to develop employee skills and organizational culture.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ S/he should have excellent knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, organizational culture, people management.
∎ Ability to At least 2 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) of Buying House:
∎ General HR, Administration, Training & Development, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ Good managerial and leadership qualities.
∎ Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
∎ Good in interpersonal communication.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ Excellent in resource, knowledge and people management.
∎ Excellent coordination and training facilitation skills.
∎ Appropriate professional skills on communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Appropriate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, internet system.
∎ Ability to work in a big diversified team.
