∎ Recruit & Select the clinical and non-clinical staff
∎ Prepare the JD & specification of the position
∎ Arrange training for the clinic and non-clinical staff
∎ Prepare adverts for the recruitment
∎ Prepare the roster of the staff for the hospital
∎ Counsel the staff for their career development
∎ Prepare an action plan for the retention of the staff
∎ Develop documents and ensure the hospital's regulatory compliance
∎ Contact the Labor Inspector
∎ Develop a document as per the Labor Law and Labor Rules
∎ Communicate with the Ophthalmic institution to source the Ophthalmologist, Ophthalmic paramedic, etc.

∎ Prepare for the report on the justification of recruitment
∎ Develop strategies as HRBP
∎ Monitor the attendance of the staff
