Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor’s in human resources management or relevant field.
∎ Minimum graduation in HRM from any reputed university/ Institute with a good academic track record is mandatory. PGDHRM will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Monitoring and Evalaution, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange, conduct & employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure & employee data base.
∎ Liaise with department heads and identify staff training needs and development priorities.
∎ Support to manage training and development programs as per training plan.
∎ To maintain HR and company Policy, recruitment planning, implementing, and maintaining appropriate Management System of the Company by following updated Labor Law, Employees' Code of Conduct, Recruitment, Attendance, Leave and Disciplinary Management System of the Company.
∎ Conduct new employee orientation by introducing the Company Culture.
∎ Build up relationship with employees and counseling to develop their skills.
∎ Maintain employee's annual performance appraisal system.
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
∎ Managing & Coordinating grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.
∎ Maintain compliance as per Bangladesh Labor law and company internal policies.
∎ Need to handle the staffs’ problems between staff and the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy.
∎ Excellent Communications skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Negotiable
