∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Fazil (Madrasah)but competent candidate the educational qualification can be relaxed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary support to Umrah Mofa& Visa Processing.
∎ Providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously,
∎ Manage Daily Official works. Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and visa-related accounts.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Hajj/Umrah/Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the team and others accordingly.
∎ Have experience in group ticket arrangement.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules, and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should be presentable and well-conversed.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, be intelligent, hardworking, result-oriented, quick learner and ability to work in a team.
