∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HRM
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping personnel files and employee documents up-to-date.
∎ Creating and revising organizational charts.
∎ Coordinate/conduct pre-screen interviews.
∎ Provide support of new hire on-boarding process.
∎ Maintaining HR information and generating various reports as needed.
∎ Preparing a daily report on the movement of top management and team leaders.
∎ Generating a daily attendance summary report for four factories.
∎ Managing social media accounts.
∎ Need to do administrative and human resources tasks as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) Internet, E-mail
∎ Analytical Ability
∎ Work under pressure
