Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guests by greeting and checking their details against their booking answering questions, responding to requests.
∎ Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them.
∎ Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as need.
∎ Assigning rooms to guests and inform any rules & policy given to the guest.
∎ Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys.
∎ Checking guests In-out, taking payments and returning deposits.
∎ Responding to requests for help and information.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and professional manner.
∎ Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-in.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 11000 - 12000 (Monthly)
