Responsibilities & Context:
∎ টেবিল সেটআপ, বুফে সেটআপ ইত্যাদি সেটআপ জানতে হবে।
∎ ভদ্রতার সাথে অর্ডার নিতে পারতে হবে।
∎ KOT প্রস্তুত করতে হবে এবং কিচেনের সাথে সমন্বয় করতে হবে।
∎ দীর্ঘ সময় রেস্ট্রুরেন্ট ও লনে কাজ করার মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ প্রেশার নিয়ে কাজ করার ইচ্ছা ও মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ খাবার পরিবেশনের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ বিশেষ প্রয়োজনে ক্যাশ কাউন্টার চালানোর মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ ইংরেজী এবং বাংলায় ফ্লুয়েন্ট থাকতে হবে এবং আঞ্চলিক টান থাকা যাবে না।
∎ বিশেষ প্রয়োজনে ম্যানেজমেন্টের দেয়া অন্যান্য কাজ সঠিকভাবে করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ ভদ্রতা এবং সততা বজায় রাখতে হবে।
