Responsibilities & Context:
∎ দেশীয়, ইন্ডিয়ান ও চাইনিজ রান্নায় পারদর্শী এবং সামুদ্রিক মাছ ও বিভিন্ন কাবাব তৈরী করার দক্ষতা সম্পন্ন কয়েকজন বাবুর্চী নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে। দেশীয়, ইন্ডিয়ান ও চাইনিজ রান্নায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। পরিবেশন চাহিদার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ পরিমানে রান্নার লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ করা। রান্নাঘরের স্টক মনিটর করা এবং চাহিদা মাফিক আগে থেকে জানানো। খাবার এবং রান্নাঘরের অন্যান্য জিনিসপত্র সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা । প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের আদেশক্রমে যেকোনো দায়িত্ব পালন করার জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকা। সামুদ্রিক মাছ ও বিভিন্ন কাবাব তৈরী করার দক্ষতা থাকলে ভাল।
