Job Context:
∎ Global Labels Bangladesh Ltd is a Spain-Bangladesh Joint Venture Garments Accessories Industry in Dhaka EPZ, looking for Executive for Laboratory.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka EPZ
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete all tests required for each product
∎ Document results and analyze data
∎ Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
∎ Communicate with production personnel and Quality managers
∎ Conduct retesting of product as needed to support quality investigations
∎ Monitor use and inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies
∎ Make recommendations for adjusting process conditions to ensure quality standards are met
∎ Adhere to safety, health and environmental policies and procedures
∎ Maintain good housekeeping to ensure laboratory and plant cleanliness
∎ To make own RAS.
∎ To work on the chemical management of the washing factory
∎ Evaluation of risk factor and preparing reports.
∎ Implementation MR at factory.
∎ To secure chemical and component.
∎ To provide support production and factory compliance to secure production
∎ Chemical failure root cause analysis.
∎ Report evaluation.
∎ To provide training to the staffs about chemical handling procedure.
∎ To provide support in purchasing chemical in secure way.
∎ Chemical store management as per SOP.
∎ To communicate to the buyers.
∎ To observe the purchased chemical products and purity of the chemical.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Laboratory/ Testing, Textile Engineering, Co-Coordinator, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Laboratory/ Testing, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, Textile Engineering.
∎ Should have right knowledge for SMS and any other sample making.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and capability of executing the complete approval procedure of Lab-Dip, Fit Sample, Size Set Sample and Quality Sample.
∎ The candidate has to be sound in English and computer.
