Responsibilities & Context:
Update chemical inventory in regular basis, chemical MSDS & Various certificate as per our buyer`s requirements for chemical issues.
Give training to the chemical user about chemical MSDS, handling, PPE using, Storage, health and fire safety.
Maintain various compliance issues as a member of internal compliance audit team for wet processing plant.
Prepare all chemical MSDS and Label in local language for workers that they can easily use all chemicals without any risk.
Ensure all the chemicals which are using in washing plant having all Hazardous (RSL, MRSL, ZDHC MRSL etc.) free certificates.
Presentation of all wet process & chemical related documents to the buyer.
Perform Water Quality Test.
Other task assign by top management.
