Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating with all departments, monitoring production quantities, specifications, quality & marketing activities, continuing to update & maintaining equipment to lift capacity of product of factory.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Ensure the team are attending to the problems immediately and solving problems correctly.
∎ Assist in creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
∎ Participate in buyers' meeting and customer's buying meeting.
∎ Ensure that all daily communication is both effectively and timely.
∎ Supervise team's merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery.
∎ Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers' buying objectives.
∎ Work closely with production units to ensure that the customer's requirements are interpreted and executed.
∎ Handle customers' inquiries and complaints.
∎ Preparation and follow up of time action plan to confirm in time delivery of raw materials to the production unit to keep a pace with the production plan in each unit and each line.
