Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up factory efficiency.
∎ Follow up sustainable continuous improvement by implementing method study.
∎ Leading the work study team on day to day activities.
∎ Find out the corrective measures and ensure implementation for smooth operation system.
∎ Set up effective IE department for continuous development of the factory and productivity improvement finally per unit cost.
∎ Garments breakdown and analysis.
∎ Find out garments SMV and consumption.
∎ Able to do modern and scientific machine layout.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine, and material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Ensure the height productivity by solving bottleneck, applying time and motion study and method study.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
