Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling of Production process of Sweater Manufactuing Ind
∎ Sound knowladge on Knitting/Trimming/Mending /washing/Iron/Packing /Finishing section activities
∎ Must clear idea & understanding on daily production Qty output acuratly by all section.
∎ Control of administation of Sweater Garment Factory (2000 workers) as per labour law 2016, 18 & BGMEA regulation
∎ Capable to followup of Shipment schedule on time.
∎ Able to negotiatiing on Pcs Rate of Sweater Items on severals sections (Linking/Triming/Mending/Iron )
∎ Able to executing Industrial Egnineering, Increasing Production Efficiency, Cost Minimizing, Cross
∎ Checking the production People & productivity Ratio, Implement of strong production Planning.
∎ Who are not working experience with Sweater Mfg Ind- no need apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Al most 5 - 7 years experience in repurted Sweater manufacturing co
∎ Computer, Internet skill are preferred.
∎ Commnucation skill both in writeen & spoken in english
∎
