∎ Skills Required: Communication skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer's phone call receiving.
∎ Complain receive & send it to concerned department/person.
∎ Provide primary support over the phone.
∎ Provide technical support at user-end as per requirement.
∎ Telesales/ Telemarketing.
∎ Customer service.
∎ Customer relationship developments.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
∎ Business development.
∎ Other related works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be smart, good looking, energetic, self-motivated, ambitious, friendly and open-minded.
∎ Time flexibility towards shifts and roster duty as per floor requirements.
∎ Have to have good communication skills.
∎ Have to have good command in English.
∎ Need to be skilled in computer (Operating System, MS Office, Internet, etc.)
∎ Candidates living close to Motijheel area will be given preference.
∎ A pleasant and friendly attitude is a must.
