Job Context:
∎ We are hiring professional, astute and organized Customer Service - Executive to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
∎ To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative when customers are frustrated as a Customer Service - Executive, or CSE, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems of customers/ buyers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have a sound knowledge Garments Accessories products like Woven Label, Printed Label, Offset Items, Heat seal, Elastic, Drawstring, Poly, Carton, Gum Tape, Twill Tape etc.
∎ Swatch, layout, specification, sample PO receive from customer.
∎ Sample & technical data sheet, specification sheet collects from R&D.
∎ Negotiation with customer on sample tolerance & fixed. (Like color extension, recovery, acceptable joint, shrinkage % etc.
∎ Sample submission to customer for approval.
∎ Approved sample share to related Dept. / Sections for reference.
∎ Bulk sample approval for production.
∎ Prepare costing base on product analytical data (like material composition, process loss% etc.) and raw material price.
∎ Take approval on costing from management.
∎ Keep all developed samples for reference.
∎ Monitoring buyer wise sample status.
∎ Bulk order sheet receives from customer.
∎ Check order sheet, if any confusion, wrong information then back to customer for clarification.
∎ Data entry in system.
∎ Bulk order sheet/ job sheet share to Planning.
∎ Collect delivery date from Planning.
∎ Delivery date email to customer.
∎ Prepare material booking & send to purchase.
∎ Prepare dyeing booking send to purchase.
∎ Make sure 2-month safety stock base on confirmed order or forecast.
∎ PI send to customer for LC opening.
∎ Communicate with customer for LC & payment.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly report to management.
∎ Perform any other task by the management
