Respond to customer consistently and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas such as customs requirements, transit time and prices.
Enhance service experience in UPS by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customers varying needs and demands.
Acting as first point of contact for the customers and resolves any problem related to shipping including delays, brokerage issues, Pick up etc. Ensure FCR (First Call Resolution) to improve Customer Satisfaction (SAT).
Ensure 100% pickup registration without any error. Carries out export shipment calls for address verification, weight correction, exceptions etc.
Offer alternatives to customer and potentiality turn information calls into sales lead or identify other additional value-added services to customers when opportunities arise during the conversation.
