Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, client service or sales coordination (experience in catering, food or e-commerce sectors will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of digital communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn

We are looking for a dynamic, organized and result-oriented individual to oversee daily operations, sales coordinator and client communication. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full order cycle—from client contact to delivery and post-sales service—while maintaining smooth operational and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New order generation by identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Manage, monitor and prepare invoices for all incoming orders while ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email and social media regarding inquiries, orders and after-sales support.
  • Conduct tele-sales to promote services and generate new orders.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate purchase with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of required items.
  • Manage small-scale inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and stock availability.
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports.
  • Plan and post regular content on social media platforms (especially Facebook) to increase engagement and sales visibility.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen/production and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Support management in implementing new ideas and operational improvements.
