We are looking for interested candidates as Executive cum Assistant General Manager for YRC who has initiative, experience in the following sector, drive and self-motivation to take on challenges to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
- Assists the General Manager in managing daily operations across departments such as sales, marketing, HR, or logistics.
Team Coordination:
- Leads specific teams or projects while ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
Administrative Duties:
- Handles scheduling, reporting, procurement, and internal communications.
Strategic Input:
- Participates in planning meetings, budget reviews, and performance evaluations.
Client & Vendor Relations:
- Maintains relationships with external stakeholders and ensures service quality.
Staff Development:
- May be involved in hiring, training, and mentoring junior staff.
Typical Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental performance and report to senior leadership
- Assist in creating and executing business strategies
- Manage internal workflows and ensure process efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for project delivery
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities
