Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Executive based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating terms, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Sales team in identifying and approaching potential clients in the IT sector (e.g., software, hardware, and digital solutions).
Support in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentations tailored to client requirements.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the technical/engineering team to understand product features and translate them into customer-focused benefits.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to provide technical insights where needed.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the company CRM or database.
Support the preparation of marketing and promotional materials for IT products and solutions.
Assist in drafting reports, sales performance updates, and documentation for management review.
Product delivery, challan, lead generation, and service support.
Provide pre-sales technical support and ensure clients’ technical queries are addressed effectively.
Learn and apply corporate sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and professional communication skills under the guidance of senior managers.
Contribute to the team in day-to-day sales operations, including follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination with other departments.
