Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and visit with prospective corporate clients and introduce workshop services.
∎ Prepare related materials and proposals about workshop services and present them to the client.
∎ Day-to-day update the official pages & sites.
∎ Plan and execute the service campaign as per the requirement.
∎ Invite the clients to workshop and introduce workshop equipment & services.
∎ Maintain and update potential client's databases & get feedback on a frequent basis.
∎ Follow-up and answer related queries of the clients.
∎ Negotiate with corporate clients on their service needs, pricing, discounts, and other benefits as requested by the clients with the consent of management.
∎ Keep liaison with clients to ensure that vehicles are coming to the workshop.
∎ Coordinate with Service Advisers to set up appointments for the clients and follow up for on-time delivery.
∎ Prepared and submit related reports as required by management.
∎ Assist the account dept. to get receivable amounts.
∎ Collect data through the market surveys by visiting different workshops.
∎ Coordinate with Brand Department for preparing related marketing activities.
∎ Assist and perform in the distribution of promotional and communication materials to prospective clients.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have excellent communication skill.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
