Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary contact point for customers regarding after-sales service.

  • Follow up with customers after vehicle servicing to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

  • Maintain a customer database with updated records, service history, and interaction logs.

  • Schedule and remind customers of upcoming services.

  • Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.

  • Monitor post-service follow-ups and assist in resolving any delays or quality issues.

  • Record and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.

  • Ensure all complaints are followed up until closure with timely updates to customers.

  • Generate and maintain reports on customer feedback, complaint status, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Use CRM tools/software to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
