Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of warranty policies, claims processing, and spare parts logistics.
Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Parts Inventory Management
Oversee spare parts inventory to ensure availability aligns with operational and service requirements.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate reordering, and minimize excess or obsolete parts.
Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for smooth parts flow.
2. Warranty Claims Processing
Receive, review, and process warranty claims from customers and service teams.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for warranty validation and approvals.
Ensure timely claim settlements and maintain accurate warranty records.
3. Customer and Vendor Coordination
Serve as a key point of contact for warranty-related customer inquiries and issues.
Liaise with suppliers/vendors to resolve warranty disputes or parts replacements.
Work closely with the service and sales teams to support customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare and maintain warranty reports, claim status updates, and parts usage analysis.
Generate monthly reports on warranty claims, returns, and inventory metrics for management review.
Maintain documentation compliance for audit and quality purposes.
5. Process Improvement and Compliance
Identify and recommend improvements in parts and warranty processes to enhance efficiency.
Ensure all warranty and parts handling activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
