Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge of working as per PWD Schedule of rates, Analysis & work experience in Govt. project is a must.
- Must have knowledge on Auto CAD and Structural Drawing.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare Estimating, Billing, Budgeting and Rate Analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct regular site visits, monitor work quality, alignment with project specifications.
- Track Civil & Interior material usage and labor costs to compare actual expenses with budgeted amounts.
- Prepare progress reports from time to time as required by clients or the employer.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with contractual terms, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with designated project teams to ensure timely delivery of estimates, cost reports.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
