Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and engage potential customers to generate leads for Building Construction & interior design.
∎ Find new prospects and sales leads to secure Building Construction & interior design consultancy and execution.
∎ Maintain relationships with Real estate professionals and buyers for necessary sourcing of leads.
∎ Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant data sources.
∎ Experience In Uttara, Basundhara R/A & Jolshiri Abason will be highly appreciable.
∎ Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Follow up with the clients for necessary coordination within the team for smooth execution.
