Responsibilities & Context:

·         To oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, kitchens, or production units to ensure smooth functioning.

·         Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability.

·         To Assist in new store setups, expansions, renovations.

·         Work with marketing& promotional activities that support to brand.

·         Develop and implement innovative menus that align with the brand, meet customer preferences, and are profitable.

·         Responsible for analyzing financial reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

·         Ensuring cost-effective use of human resources and controlling waste.

·         Manage workforce planning and ensure high employee productivity.

·         To ensure customer service quality & handle customer’s complain.

·         Conduct regular audit regarding product quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

·         Implement and optimize POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM tools.

·         Work closely with other related department to carry out the smooth operations.
