Job Context:
∎ Good Knowledge on IT Based Products.
∎ Good knowledge on Govt. Tender Process.
∎ Must have good knowledge on e-Gp registration, Tender Submission & BOQ.
∎ Have good knowledge on E-GP Tender, OTM Tender, LTM Tender, Govt. Manual Tender, Tender of NGO, Bank, Civil Sector and others.
∎ Have good knowledge on Both Govt. and others sector Submission, EOI Tender Writing and Submission, EGP Tender Submission
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced Document Specialist- Skilled in preparing tender documentation.
∎ Take lead role in background & preparatory activities for tender submission for different projects.
∎ Provides support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment, and manpower needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects discussing with technical team.
∎ Performing tasks such as handling customer inquiries, issuing quotations, receiving POs, assisting customers with logistics as & when necessary.
∎ Attending government and private sector tender procedures in order to sell companies products & services.
∎ Follow upon sales leads. Managing orders and supply chain.
∎ Follow upon work status of received work order and tender, also always keep management in this loop.
∎ Communicate with customers and suppliers in order to complete jobs under taken successfully.
∎ Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers.
∎ Perform any other Adhoc tasks assigned by company.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
