Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Identify target audiences and tailor messages to effectively communicate key information.
∎ Technical Writing: Produce clear, concise documentation, such as brochures, project summary, CV organizing, ISO documents, manuals, training guides, and process workflows etc. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
∎ Internal Communication: Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and disseminating action items.
∎ External Communication: Develop and maintain external communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and website updates. Ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance the company's reputation with stakeholders, customers, and partners.
∎ Documentation Management: Design and manage a comprehensive documentation system to centralize and organize business-related documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines. Regularly update and review documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
∎ Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit various types of business documents, ensuring adherence to grammar, style, and formatting guidelines. Proofread written materials to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and typos.
∎ Communication Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on effective communication techniques, including verbal and written communication. Conduct training sessions or workshops to enhance communication skills and promote best practices.
∎ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather information and ensure accurate and consistent communication across the organization. Work closely with human resources to align messaging and initiatives.
∎ Communication Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns. Collect feedback from stakeholders, conduct surveys, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of communication efforts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
∎ Strong editing and proofreading abilities, with a thorough understanding of grammar, style, and formatting conventions.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Knowledge of best practices in internal and external communication, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
