Requirements:

∎ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in QA or a related field.
∎ Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
∎ Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Apache Jmeter, JIRA or TestRail etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
∎ Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and scalability testing on web applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
∎ Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution.
∎ Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide feedback on design and implementation, and ensure alignment with business goals.
∎ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
∎ Ensure all testing activities are conducted in accordance with the established testing strategy and plan, maintaining high standards of quality.
∎ Analyze test results, identify trends and patterns, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the development team.
∎ Continuously enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve product quality and team efficiency.
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in QA and testing to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.
