Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
∎ 0 to 6 months of experience in QA or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Familiarity with both white-box and black-box testing is preferable.
∎ Familiarity with manual and automated testing.
∎ Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
∎ Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and scalability testing on web applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
∎ Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
∎ Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
∎ Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
∎ Ensure all testing activities are conducted in accordance with the established testing strategy and plan.
∎ Analyze test results, identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to the development team.
∎ Continuously learn and apply new testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve product quality and team efficiency.
∎ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in QA and testing.
