Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree/ B.B.A (Preferable in Marketing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategic brand, marketing policies for the organization by closely working with the management to establish short, medium and long term brand, marketing goals, strategies and plans.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and other relevant reports (products, sales, customer analytics).
∎ Co-ordinate with Marketing, Sales, Production and Market Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
∎ Visit modern trade in view to build professional relationship and secure order from them.
∎ Maintain Company's all digital platform.
∎ Prepare proposal, presentation and giving demonstration for Modern Trade/ Corporate Clients.
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Handle product complains and report on pricing issue to the appropriate level
∎ Ability to work under pressure maintain deadline's - motivated team independently as a leader.
∎ When Management assigned a tasks face it and solved it properly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 2 years or more working Experience in FMCG Company is preferable.
∎ Ability to Maintain Company's website.
∎ Ability to create digital Media Content.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office/Photoshop/Illustrator and so on.
∎ Good Communication Skill in Bangla & English.
