Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, and English-proficient Executive Assistant to support our General Manager with day-to-day business operations, communication, and secretarial tasks. This position requires professionalism, strong coordination skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Work Hours:

  • Standard Office Hours (Adjustable based on GM’s schedule)
  • Work Environment: Professional and growth-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Business Activities Coordination:

  • Manage and arrange the General Manager's daily schedule
  • Organize internal/external meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM

Hospitality & Guest Handling:

  • Receive and attend to guests visiting the General Manager
  • Ensure a warm, professional, and courteous welcome
  • Coordinate logistics and refreshments for meetings

Secretarial & Documentation Work:

  • Draft and prepare letters, memos, emails, meeting minutes, and reports
  • Maintain and organize important documents and files
  • Support in tracking deadlines, project timelines, and key deliverables
