∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 yrs, NQC, Quality control, Skills Required: Quality Assurance Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review first Cutting - sewing - Lasting output & highlight the issues for correction;
∎ Visit relevant sewing lines, finishing, cutting and highlight the issues for corrective action;
∎ Co-operation with Buying team/ Buying QC/QA for in line, Pre-final and Final inspection;
∎ Assure Pre-final audits for pack quantity at 25% , 50% and 80% for order more than 3000 pcs;
∎ 100% pack quantity pre-final audit and make sure the shipment up to customer /Buyer; requirements and send required sample to relevant Merchandiser/ Supplier;
∎ Participant risk analysis meeting and discuss all critical points with regards to customer acceptations;
∎ Review the size set shoes & participate for the PP meeting with buying comments. Highlight/discuss the critical points/ areas that need to special attention as per buyer comments during bulk production;
∎ Any doubt or information should be clarify from QA/QC Manager/Merchandiser or with the relevant person and give clear guidelines to production QA/QC team;
∎ Maintain the style details file with required documents;
∎ Co-operation with 3rd party inspection;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Quality Assurance Quality Control.
∎ Sound Knowledge on computer and report writing.
