Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate and Maintain large volume of Sports shoe Sewing production.
∎ Arrange Manpower Setup For Sports Shoe Manpower like Supervisor, Lineman, Skill Worker.
∎ Optimum Utilization of Manpower.
∎ Monthly, hourly, daily target follow up.
∎ Layout planning for new style.
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
∎ Minimize Wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Maintain highest standard of quality.
∎ Skill development in the floor.
∎ Labor Turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
∎ Design SOP as per production and customer requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 10 year(s) experience in footwear factory and Minimum 3 Years experiences as a Manager
∎ Capable of handling minimum 1,000 workforce
∎ High sense of Integrity and Hardworking.
∎ Able to work independently, ability to supervise and manage team members effectively.
∎ The applicant should have experience on PC and office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
