Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive – Admin to oversee day-to-day office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office environment, supervising support staff, and handling official buyers/clients as per company requirements. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing administrative and client-related tasks within a real estate company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall office environment and ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

  • Supervise office support staff including cleaners, drivers, and messengers.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Maintain stock of office materials and ensure timely requisition and usage records.

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently and proactively.Assist in organizing internal meetings, client visits, and company events.

  • Maintain records and documentation related to administrative operations.

  • Communicate and coordinate with official buyers/clients as per company instructions.

  • Ensure smooth office operations by supporting other departments when necessary.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to admin tasks.

  • Assist HR and accounts departments in administrative functions when required.
