Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree, preferable English, Law , Public Administration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
∎ Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Supporting organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.
∎ Should have the knowledge of drafting various official documents & correspondence in English.
∎ Implementation of company HR& Administration policies and procedure.
∎ Ensure a clean, safe and secure office environment with setting up internal operating rules.
∎ Handle any unwanted situation competently, promptly & tactfully with the assistance of internal support.
∎ Able to smooth handle on the matter of Compliance issues.
∎ Daily floor visit & ensure Floor Compliance, and follow up the "Daily Compliance Check List".
∎ Continuous counseling to make the staff/worker fully motivated towards their responsible and loyal to the company.
∎ Obtain and institute compliance standards and carryout regular assessment and gap analysis for individual buyers' compliance requirements
∎ Ensure implementation of the compliance by the Business Units as per the compliance manuals.
∎ Carry out regular compliance audit in all the Business Units and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof to the EMC.
∎ Provide compliance training to the concern staff as and when needed
∎ Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills on compliance affairs in the buyers' world
∎ Prepare and update assessment of labor laws' requirement from compliance point of view.

∎ Those who has work experience in Knit Textile and handle buyer Puma ,H&M, KAPPA, & C&A will be given priority.
