∎ Training/Trade Course: Knit textile (Knitting, dying Quality) related special training or any certification preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Garments Textile

Job Context:
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge about all kinds of Knit Fabrics specially Fleece Fabrics.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for making effective daily/weekly/ monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders and implement in every process in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, & management team and timely input in ERP.
∎ Plan and organize machine load allocation and raw materials basis the maximum production capacity.
∎ Forecast and plan the in-housing of raw materials and different ancillaries to meet production schedules of Knitting and Dyeing.
∎ Will have to remain always updated on production status and be capable to provide any information regarding the status of knitting and dyeing instantly.
∎ Overall responsibility of knitting/Dyeing Department.
∎ To ensure O% defect on all finished fabric.
∎ Develop SOP for the Department.
∎ To ensure stitch length with proper yarn count for requires GSM of different fabrics.
∎ Develop the Quality standard, rules, and regulations for achieving the quality of the fabric.
∎ Ensure Quality for Lab dip, Bulk approval for each order.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a root cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ To make the proper manpower planning against future orders.
∎ Responsible for filled up daily efficiency target.
∎ Responsible for execution, monitoring & evaluation of production.
∎ To keep consistency between target and production.
∎ Review reports to analyze discrepancies and gaps and take action to rectify as necessary.
∎ Control wastage of resources, machines, raw materials, and other accessories.
∎ Provide technical assistance for continuous monitoring and confirming finishing process.
∎ To take necessary measures in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in work place to ensure zero Non Compliance.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ To take the challenge for cost effective management.
