- Ability to make a smooth coordination with Factory VAT and Accounts.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Posting all kind of Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers in cash book maintain documentation timely.
- Checking bills/ invoices from supplier, contractors or other vendors.
- Dealing with bank for transactions & also follow up bank payments
- Adjust advance payments paid to Procurement dept for material purchase or any other staff Operate all kind of Petty cash.
- Prepare Bank reconciliation statement monthly & also accounts reconciliation Deduct Tax at source from vendors and deposit to Govt.
- Treasury Prepare statement for vendor payments and also required if any.
- Do any other task assigned by management Process all payments timely,
- Adequate Knowledge of Corporate Tax and VAT issues.
- Maintaining and recording all Day-to-Day transactions;
