Responsibilities & Context:
1. Sourcing and procuring of all types of materials as per requirement for respective industries.
2. Perform procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing order as per authority's approval.
3. Obtain the necessary approvals and processing the orders.
4. Tracking order and ensure timely delivery.
5. Maintain records of all documents related to Purchase.
6. Ensuring the quality & quantity of the Materials purchased from the vendors.
7. Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
