Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the storage and management of finished goods in per standard manner
∎ To ensure goods are kept by first in first out method
∎ To ensure products are properly segregated
∎ Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production requirements and any other departmental demand
∎ Plan and oversee the dispatch of finished products, to users ensuring timely and accurate
∎ Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that stored products, meet quality standards and are free from damage or defects
∎ Implement eco-friendly and sustainable storage practices reducing the environmental impact of storage operations
∎ Explore ways to minimize waste and environmental harm in the storage process
∎ Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement when necessary
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement.ð To ensure the warehouse is neat & Clean.
∎ Properly supervise and lead the store staff and warehouse workers
∎ Ensure housekeeping as per compliance standards
∎ To perform any other job when assigned by the senior management
