Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the storage and management of finished goods in per standard manner
∎ To ensure goods are kept by first in first out method
∎ To ensure products are properly segregated
∎ Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production requirements and any other departmental demand
∎ Plan and oversee the dispatch of finished products, to users ensuring timely and accurate
∎ Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that stored products, meet quality standards and are free from damage or defects
∎ Implement eco-friendly and sustainable storage practices reducing the environmental impact of storage operations
∎ Explore ways to minimize waste and environmental harm in the storage process
∎ Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement when necessary
∎ Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement.ð To ensure the warehouse is neat & Clean.
∎ Properly supervise and lead the store staff and warehouse workers
∎ Ensure housekeeping as per compliance standards
∎ To perform any other job when assigned by the senior management

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are ready for market release. Your duties will include managing inventory levels, coordinating with production teams, and developing strategies to enhance distribution efficiency.
