Responsibilities & Context:
- To operating and maintaining the ETP effectively and continuously so as to achieve the effluent parameters within the prescribed limit.
- To Monitor MBR plant.
- To Achieve zero accidents by imparting work permit system, training and accident investigation on regular basis.
- To ensure periodically as per law and buyer requirement from DOE standards ECR 1997.
- T monitoring and evaluate all parameter (BOD, COD, TDS, DO, TEMPARATURE, PH, MLSS, SV, SVI etc.) as per DOE standards ECR 1997 and achieve ZDHC standards.
- To ensure proper calibration of ETP equipment.
- To maintain the proper management of ETP chemicals & ensure dossing chemicals to ETP properly.
- To monitor all ETP operations.
- To supervise all ETP operators.
- To ensure periodic training to operator about ETP parameter related (TDS, TSS, MLSS, SV, SVI, MAINTENANCE FAULT, PH etc.)
- To ensure periodic maintenance of all ETP equipment.
- To make timely, accurate and cost-effective decisions pertaining to all matters of ETP.
- Responsible for verification of review of Daily Log sheets, housekeeping etc.
- To ensure maximum availability of equipment's at optimum performance level.
- To ensure 100% statutory and safety compliance related to process.
- Any other duties that may assigned by management from time to time.
