Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Masters from any reputed University, preferably in business discipline or major in Finance & Banking with no third class/division in his/her entire academic career.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Financial Institution, Investment Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adequate knowledge in risk management frameworks, process and policies.
∎ Good knowledge on Risk management guidelines, Basel accords and six core risk management guidelines.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on different credit risk factors, market dynamics, industry insights and ability to analyze customer credit worthiness.
∎ Experience in Banking covering data preparation and statistical analysis, sector analysis, industry insight and market research, growth forecasting and impact analysis.
∎ Ensures timely warning is given regarding the weakness in the operation of facility/loan account.
∎ Ensures that all kinds of advances are being made in line with company’s lending policy.
∎ Monitor the operation of advances with a view to detect early warning signals and draw the attention of Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Capable of analyzing SME or Corporate business proposals.
∎ Sound knowledge in Banking/ Financial Sector and the regulatory issues.
∎ A good understanding of the Local Industry/ Market dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Advance computer skills.
∎ Should be proactive, dynamic and self-motivated to update with risk management issues and skills.
